Features of the MUFF Protective Cuff:

• MUFF adds a second layer of safety and protection to the hands with metal cuffs placed on both wrists of a user.

 

• MUFF protects, prevents, and stops the detainee from grasping any object, dangerous or not, with their free fingers, thus preventing them from accessing any weapon within reach, preventing potential injuries, and protecting the lives of those guarding them or those nearby, such as law enforcement or security personnel, doctors, nurses, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, etc.

• MUFF protects those near the detainee, visually providing calm and reassurance by preventing and avoiding injuries while protecting the fingers, hands, and wrists of the aggressor.

• MUFF protects the detainee's fingers, hands, and wrists from self-inflicted blows against nearby objects or furniture, or blows from third parties, and resists, absorbs, and/or deflects impacts when the detainee decides to strike themselves or others.

• MUFF is easily applied when the detainee's aggressive or self-harming behavior intensifies.

• MUFF incorporates a transparent front visor that allows staff in charge to easily inspect the condition of the detainee's fingers and hands.

• MUFF is easily and quickly removed when no longer needed.

• For hygiene reasons and due to its low cost, the MUFF Protective Sleeve has been designed for single-user use, ensuring hygiene and preventing the spread of pathogens to other users.

· Las cintas se aplican siempre en 2 capas en todo el perímetro para asegurar la resistencia según las Instrucciones de Uso

 

· las cintas se ajustan al diametro de las muñecas del usuario según convenga, para evitar el apriete excesivo o el insuficiente

 

· Las cintas llevan el Hook (Gancho) en una cara y el Loop (Bucle) en la opuesta para obtener una sujeción muy resistente sobre sí mismas
